Common questions
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most dates. Summer and fall weekends go quickly, so reach out as soon as you have a date — even if the details aren't settled yet.
Can I choose my own balloon colours?
Always. Every package and every grab-and-go garland is built in your palette. Send a photo, a colour swatch or even a fabric sample and we'll match it.
How long does setup take?
Most backdrops take about an hour to an hour and a half on site. We arrive ahead of your start time so everything is finished and photographed before guests arrive.
How long will the balloons last?
Indoors, an air-filled garland holds up beautifully for several days. Outdoors in direct sun or heat, expect a shorter life — we'll talk through placement when you book an outdoor event.
Do you travel outside Toronto?
Yes — right across the GTA. Travel is $20 to $60 depending on distance, and it's confirmed in your quote before you commit to anything.
